[mango and Peach Popsicles] A Cool Summer Fruit Season

Prepare the raw materials, wash the fruits, peel the mangoes and remove the pits; remove the pits of the nectarines for later use

Cut the mango into small pieces and put it in a food processor, and puree it

Pour the mango puree into a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for later use

Cut the nectarine into small pieces and put it into the food processor, and puree it

Mixed mango puree and peach puree

Slowly add mint syrup and mango juice, mix well

Pour into a clean and sterilized mold, 8 minutes full

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 4 hours, until it freezes hard
Tips:
Mint syrup raw materials: 100g sugar, 150g water, appropriate amount of mint leaves (the more the better)
Prepare sugar, water, wash and dry mint leaves
Put all the ingredients in a pot, simmer on a low fire, stir occasionally, and it will take 20 minutes. Let cool and seal with the mint leaves.
*It is recommended to have a home cooking machine to try this popsicle
*Choose mangoes, preferably those with better ripeness
*Nectarine, you can try water peach instead; I didn’t peel it here, but kept it
*Frozen popsicles are more difficult to take out. When eating, you can easily take out the ice lollies by flushing the outer wall of the mold with warm water
