Mango Fudge

The ingredients are ready.

The mango is peeled and cored, and the fruit puree is squeezed with a wall-breaking machine.

Soak the gelatine slices in cold water and set aside.

Add the mango puree to the maltose syrup and stir well.

Place the fire on a small fire, stir and boil to thicken.

Add marshmallows and continue to stir on low heat until the marshmallows melt.

Pour the prepared mango syrup into a fresh-keeping box covered with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate and take out after setting.
