Mango Milk Pudding

Dice the mango and set aside. Cut along the parallel lines of the mango core, then cut the cross flower and scrape it off with a spoon, which is very convenient.

Put 2 pieces of gelatin into a bowl, add cold water to soak until soft.

Tips:
The main ingredient of gelatin tablets is protein. The amount of sugar can be added or reduced according to your taste. After the heated milk mixture cools, pour it into the mango container immediately, or it will solidify after a long time. You can also make it with your favorite fruit, the method is the same.
