Mango Passion Fruit Pudding

Prepare the ingredients, soak the gelatine slices in cold water in advance, and drain the water for later use.

Put the mango pulp, milk and passion fruit pulp into a blender and blend.

Strain it again to filter out the core of the passion fruit.

Add the filtered mango liquid, add sugar, heat in a pot on a low heat, stir while heating, and mix until the sugar melts, no need to boil. Let it dry to about 50 degrees, add gelatine slices and stir to melt.

Tips:
PS: If you don't like passion fruit, you can replace it with mango.
