Marinated Dried Bean Curd

Cut the dried tofu into two small pieces

First cut a vertical knife on the dried tofu side, don’t cut it, and the depth is about 2/3 of the dried tofu

After cutting one side, turn the dried tofu over and cut it with an oblique knife to the depth of 2/3 of the dried tofu. Do not cut it. After cutting, the dried tofu will have a coat-like pattern. This way, the dried tofu will be cut. Easy to taste

Chopped dried tofu, cut into four small pieces, chopped green onion and ginger for later use

Put a little vegetable oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, add dried chili, pepper, star anise and fry it until fragrant. Put green onion and ginger slices into the pot.

Add a little sweet noodle sauce, fry until fragrant, add water to the pot, then add a little dark soy sauce and a little light soy sauce

Add cooking wine, chicken essence, sugar
