Matcha Cupcakes

Mix Ingredient A and stir until the sugar and salt melt.

Except butter, filter and mix B material.

Mix material A and material B, and stir evenly with a manual whisk.

Heat the butter over water, let it cool, add a small amount to the mixture several times and stir evenly.

Cover the mold with parchment paper, and pour the mixture until it is 80% full.

Preheat the oven to 180°, place the baking tray on the middle level, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 12 to 15 minutes.
Tips:
