Matcha Green Plum Cake

Remove the core of the green plum and cut into small cubes for later use.

Put the matcha powder in a large bowl.

Pour milk and stir well, add sugar and stir well.

Sift in the flour and stir to form a batter.

Add the green plum and stir evenly.

Put a little oil in the electric baking pan, turn on the power, and spread the batter into a cake shape, and then fry on both sides. In order to please the children, I used a mold to form the shape, and decorated it with tomato fruit.
Tips:
Candied green plums contain heavier sugar, and the amount of sugar added depends on personal taste.
