Matcha Jelly

The gelatin was cut into small pieces and melted in the ice water.

Add matcha powder to the lactone tofu and stir finely.
3.
Put milk and sugar in the pot and heat to melt.
4.
Add the softened gelatin, melt it on low heat, and pour the matcha tofu.
5.
Stir well and sieve.
6.
Slightly shake, shake out bubbles, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
7.
Demoulding.
