This mousse is made with rice soup on top of a casserole porridge. After it is made, the family members can taste it, but they have not tasted what ingredients are used. Because of the addition of ginger juice, the effect is good after refrigeration.

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Ginger Mousse

1. Prepare materials

2. Peel the ginger and hang it into ginger paste with a scraper

3. Wrap the ginger paste in gauze and squeeze out the ginger juice

4. Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften

5. Add brown sugar to the rice soup and heat until the brown sugar melts

6. Add gelatin and stir until melted

7. Add ginger juice

8. Use a hand blender to beat a few times, there are rice grains in the rice soup that will affect the taste

9. Put it in a cup and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours

10. It can be eaten after it has solidified completely. Just squeeze a little cream on the surface and drizzle a little jam to decorate.
