Meat Dishes......stir-fried Carrots with Braised Duck Gizzards

When the vegetables are well cut to make stewed dishes, it is possible to make different dishes at once. Duck gizzards can be stored in the refrigerator.

Put the oil in the pan, stir-fry the ginger and garlic, then add carrot slices and stir-fry. Stir-fry the carrots until they are cooked.

Then add the duck gizzards and stir fry.

With salt. Add soy sauce. Stir fry all the time.

Add chopped green onion and bring out of the pot.

Finished product.
