Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup

Prepare all the above ingredients, duck blood, fungus, vermicelli, thick soup treasure, small rapeseed. Duck gizzards can be marinated in advance. You can refer to other recipes for the marinating method. You can also directly buy the stewed duck gizzards that are sold in the market for Jiujiu Duck, Juewei or Zhou Hei Duck, which are professionally made with stew. Boil in boiling water for a minute to remove, and rinse off the spiciness.

Take out the blood from the duck and clean the blood foam on the surface and cut it into thin slices for later use.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for ten minutes until soft.

Pick and wash small rapeseed for later use.

Add three bowls of water to the soup pot, add two slices of ginger, one inch of white onion, and bring to a boil.

Add a thick soup treasure and boil for one minute to completely dissolve it. The thick soup is used here for convenience, and the taste is better. If you have beef broth, duck frame soup and other broth made with real ingredients, of course it’s better.
