Meat Dishes with Large Eggplants-home-cooked Meals

Thaw the bacon and soak in water, add 1 tsp of salt when soaking, mix thoroughly, soak for 20 minutes, remove and absorb the water, and cut into cubes;

Put the eggplant into the air fryer, set 400°F, 8~10 minutes, and bake until soft;

Carefully put the eggplant on both sides into the air fryer;

Set it to 400°F for about 7 minutes. If you like Italian cheese, you can also put some mozzarella cheese on top. I don’t like it, so it's waived. After baking, sprinkle green onion on the surface and put it on a plate.
Tips:
1. You can use minced meat or pork belly diced instead of bacon, but minced meat and pork belly diced should be marinated;
2. Friends who like cheese, in the second baking, put mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese on the noodles and melt it in the pot.
