Mei Cai Meatloaf

Wash the pork skins and drain the water. Soak the plums in water for about 30 minutes. Wash several times and drain the water.

Cut pork and plum vegetables into cubes and chop them together.

Boil water and steam for 18-20 minutes.
Tips:
Don't add too much salt. Adding it to the meicai itself has a salty taste. If you chop the pork and meicai, it will be easier to chop and chop evenly.
