Melon Jelly
1.
Wash the melon and cut off one third.

Scoop out the flesh of the melon with a spoon.
3.
Pour milk into the pot.
4.
Add 20 grams of sugar and 10 grams of gelatin powder.
5.
Bring to a boil and let cool.
6.
Pour into the melon and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.

Melon jelly is complete.
