Melting Black Sesame Biscuits

After the butter has softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy and white. Add egg yolk to the whipped butter and beat evenly. I forgot to take pictures in the previous step, so I just merged them and wrote them together. Add black sesame paste.

Stir well with a whisk.

Sift in custard flour and low-gluten flour, and stir into flour without dry powder. Do not knead the dough too much.

Take an appropriate amount of dough and knead it into small balls, and press it into a pie of an appropriate size. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees, middle level, for 25-30 minutes.
