Microwave Egg Tart

Beat the eggs and remove the yolk. If you want to bake a golden egg tart, only take the egg yolk. If you want to bake a soft and delicious egg tart, use the egg yolk and egg white together. I only took the egg yolk here.

Make egg tart liquid. Break up the egg yolks, stir gently, then add the sugar and pure milk, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and there are fine small bubbles on the surface. The more even the egg mixture is stirred, the more tender and smooth the baked egg tart
