Microwave Version of Jam Double Skin Milk

Prepare the ingredients; (2 eggs, separate the egg white and the yolk, save the egg white)

Add condensed milk and sugar to the egg white, and mix well;

Tips:
Patients with iron deficiency anemia, lactobionic acid deficiency, cholecystitis, and pancreatitis should not consume double skin milk.
