Milk Brick
1.
Prepare the ingredients: cornstarch milk sugar coconut, the ratio of liquid to cornstarch is 250ml: 25g cornstarch (equivalent to 25g cornstarch per bottle of milk).
2.
Add some water to the dragon fruit and use a juice machine to make a juice, and then filter the seeds with gauze (you can also not filter but the taste is not so delicate).
3.
The filtered fire dragon juice add cornstarch milk and sugar and mix well. Here I add more water, the milk flavor is not so strong. I like thicker water and add less, then put it in the pot and boil it. Stir while adding it to prevent it. Sticky pan.
4.
After being boiled into a paste, pour it on a plate, let it cool and refrigerate it for more than 1 hour (I was in a hurry and kept it frozen for half an hour).
5.
After forming, pour it on the table covered with plastic wrap and cut into pieces.
6.
The cut custard is just wrapped in coconut paste, the white one is without dragon fruit, and the water powder ratio is the same.
7.
Add whatever flavor you like.
8.
This is the second time I did it.
Tips:
When cooking, be sure to stir constantly, scrape the bottom of the pot with a spatula, or it will burn easily.
