Soak the gelatine slices in ice water 20 minutes in advance, soak them softly and set aside

Boil pure milk on low heat to 60 degrees

Cut dragon fruit and mango into small cubes. You can also replace them with your favorite fruits, but don't use fruits that are too hard to avoid affecting the taste.
