Milk Mango Pudding

Soak the agar until it is soft, about 2-3 hours, until it breaks easily when you pinch it with your fingers.

Put the soaked agar in the milk, add white sugar, simmer until the agar is completely melted, and keep stirring during the cooking process to prevent boiling.
