Milk Mango Sago

Pour clean water in the pot, add white sugar, boil until boiling, add sago to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sago is completely transparent.

Take half of the mango and use a fruit knife to cut across and remove the mango flesh.

Pour the pure milk into the bowl, add the mango flesh and sago, stir well, put it in the bowl, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Tips:
1. When cooking sago, it must be stirred occasionally with a small spoon to avoid sticking the pan.
