Milk Pudding

Prepare the ingredients and soak the raisins in clean water for about 10 minutes.

Pour the milk and white sugar into a bowl, heat over water and keep stirring until the white sugar melts, then cool the milk until it is not hot.

Sieve the stirred pudding 2-3 times. Put a few drops of lemon into the sifted pudding liquid and let it stand for 20 to 30 minutes.

Add 3-5 soaked raisins to the bottom of the pudding bottle, and then pour in the set pudding.

The surface of the pudding bottle is covered with tin foil, so that the surface of the baked pudding is soft and smooth. Put it into the oven for about 30 minutes, (Be sure to pay attention to the water in the baking dish.
