There are thousands of ways to drink milk. In summer, it is natural to eat cold. The easiest way is milk smoothie. Use appropriate amount of sugar to improve the taste, and smoothie can be combined with fruit and ice cream.

Ingredients

1. Pour milk into the container

2. Add maltose, sugar, powdered sugar, and condensed milk can be used if there is no maltose, and the amount should be reduced appropriately

3. Whip evenly with your hands until the maltose is completely melted

4. Turn on the ice cream machine, I use the ice cream bucket in the bread machine, and slowly pour milk after it starts; the ice cream bucket needs to be placed in the refrigerator for more than 16 hours in advance

5. After 25 minutes of running the ice cream machine, it looks like the picture

6. Put the milk ice in the fresh-keeping box, it can be eaten directly in this state, but it is not easy to shape, and it is very easy to melt; put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours

7. Take out the frozen milk ice and fork out the crumbs

8. Put a small amount of honey red beans in the cup to spread the bottom

9. Put the milk ice on the fork

10. The ice cream is digged into small balls and placed on the milk ice, sprinkled with a little chocolate shavings for decoration, and can be eaten

Tips:

Milk sorbet is very easy to melt. Prepare a bowl of dry ice to freeze when filling the cup, otherwise it will melt while operating, so that you have time to take pictures.
