Milk Warmer to Make Yogurt

Prepare the materials, sterilize and dry the container of yogurt with boiling water

Add sugar to the milk, cook until warm, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Set aside and let cool

Add milk to yogurt and mix well

Add cold water to the milk warmer, put it in a yogurt bottle, adjust the milk warmer to 40 degrees, and ferment for 8 hours. If the acid is not enough, you can continue to ferment for a little longer.
Tips:
Do not scald yogurt with boiling water, it will scald the lactic acid bacteria. Do not use room temperature yogurt as a primer. Keep the unfinished yogurt in the refrigerator, and it is best to drink it within three days.
