Milky Osmanthus Sesame Oil and Mung Bean Cake

1. Soak the peeled mung beans and steam them in a pot.

2. Put the right amount of milk into the food processor.

3. Beat into a delicate paste.

4. Add sugar, salad oil and sesame oil.

5. stir fry.

6. Osmanthus is cleaned.

7. Put it in the mung bean paste and continue to stir fry.

8. Stir fry until it does not stick to a dough.

9. Use the mold to print out the pattern you like and brush with sesame oil.

Tips:

Mung beans need to be soaked for more than 4 hours (I forgot to photograph the soaked mung beans). After the pattern is printed, apply a proper amount of sesame oil on the surface.
