Mint Egg Pie

The fresh mint leaves are soaked and washed in light salt water.

Prepare other ingredients.

Mint leaves and carrots are finely chopped, and the flour is beaten into eggs.

Then add salt and pepper.

Add an appropriate amount of water and stir to make a batter.

Add a little oil to the pan, pour the batter and spread it into an omelet.

1. After adding water to the batter, the egg batter should be beaten a little more to make the frying omelet soft and delicious.
