Mom's Taste-broken Egg Sandwich

Put water and a raw egg in the pot, turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes until the egg is cooked. It is best to use a small pot, soak the eggs in the water. I use a large pot with less water, so I have to cook it for a while.

Cut off all sides of the toast bread and set aside.

Chop a little onion (about the amount of thinly sliced slices).

Boiled eggs are soaked in cold water for a while, and the egg white and yolk are separated after peeling. Add a spoonful of milk and a spoonful of salad dressing to the egg yolk and stir until smooth.

Finely chop the egg whites.

Pour the egg white and onion into the egg yolk, and add a little freshly ground black pepper.

Stir well.

Spread the beaten egg on a slice of toast bag, spread it evenly, and then cover with another slice.

Tips:
1. Boil the eggs in cold water and put them into the pot together. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat and boil.
