Divide horseshoe powder into two portions: 125g powder with coconut milk + 125g pure milk powder with sugar water

Boil sugar water. According to your own taste, add an appropriate amount of yellow sugar and water, melt into sugar water over the water, and let cool.

Add horseshoe powder and mix well until there are no particles.

Mix coconut milk + pure milk with another part of horseshoe powder and stir until there are no particles. (The coconut milk cover has two openings up and down, one for ventilation and one for pouring)

After the yellow pulp and white pulp are ready, you can start steaming!

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil, put on the steaming rack, and put on the steaming tray.

After the first layer is steamed, add white pulp and start to steam the second layer, about 2-3 minutes, not more than 3 minutes.

Then add a layer of yellow paste to continue steaming. After steaming, add white pulp, and so on, to steam to the number of layers you want.

Tips:
1. Each steaming layer will take a little longer than the previous layer.
2. Coconut milk can replace coconut milk, but I recommend using coconut milk because it will be more fragrant.
3. For fine powder, it's best to sift it.
4. If you want the melaleuca cake to fall off more easily after steaming, it is recommended to sweep a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the pan.
5. Sprinkle some sweet-scented osmanthus when steaming, it becomes sweet-scented osmanthus coconut milk cake~
6. It is recommended to eat fresh, it will harden after a long time in the refrigerator.
7. Always pay attention to the amount of water in the pot, because the water is kept boiling during steaming, and water needs to be added in time.
