Multi-grain Salty Buns

Knead the noodles in a bread machine and leave for about 90 minutes.

Exhaust and knead, cut into bread dough.
3.
Put the flowers in the baking tray and cut the flowers for the second fermentation.
4.
After the second round, brush the egg liquid, put it in the preheated oven, and heat up and down at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
