Reduced Fat Banana Oatmeal Cookies

First, prepare all the main ingredients: a banana, 90 grams of oatmeal, 20 grams of multi-grain bread flour, 20 grams of black sesame, a handful of mixed dried fruit, and a small handful of dried cranberries.

Peel the bananas, cut them into slices, and put them in a large bowl for later use. In order to prevent the banana from oxidizing and discoloring, you can drip a few drops of lemon juice.

Then use a fork to mash the bananas into mashed bananas, then cut the nuts and dried fruit into small cubes with a knife, put them in the mashed bananas and stir evenly.

Then add instant oatmeal and cooked black sesame seeds. My banana is bigger, so I use more oatmeal. Don't pour all the oatmeal in, reserve 20 grams, and increase or decrease the amount of oatmeal according to the degree of dryness and wetness of the dough.

Finally, add 10 multi-grain bread flour. You can replace it with ordinary flour or leave it without flour.

Mix and stir to form a dough. If the dough is relatively wet, the baked biscuits will be a bit softer, and the dry baked biscuits will be relatively crisp.

Spread a little oil on your hands to prevent stickiness, then divide the dough into 12 equal parts and roll them into a circle for later use.

Flatten the dough gently and place it in a baking pan lined with greased paper.
