Actually, one-click toast is really not that difficult. Even one-click toast is very soft. I sealed it for 2-3 days, but it was still very soft. I made two in a row that day and shared it with my daughter. Little buddy!

One-click Multi-grain Coconut Oil Toast

1. Prepare the ingredients, refrigerate milk and eggs in advance.

2. In the bread bucket, install the mixing blade as shown in the figure, and put milk and eggs first. The sugar and salt are placed in the two corners of the bread bucket, do not touch them directly.

3. Add multi-grain bread flour, dig holes in the flour, and add yeast.

4. Put the bread bucket in the bread machine.

5. Cover the lid. Turn on the power, select the MIX button, a program to mix the dough.

6. When the time is up, the dough becomes a ball. Choose 3 whole-wheat toast health, and choose light color for burnt color. At this point, add coconut oil softened at room temperature. Continue to knead the dough and start the whole procedure.

7. Weigh the seeds.

8. This is the dough after adding coconut oil.

9. There are 3 hours and 20 minutes left.

10. Open the lid of the bread machine and pour in the melon seeds. Cover the lid and continue until the program is over and the toast is cooked. There is no need to pause the whole journey.

11. Just after baking, take out the bread bucket with heat-insulating gloves.

12. Transfer to a cooling rack.

13. Hold the bread bucket with both hands with insulated gloves, and pour out the toast. If the stirring blade is left on the toast, you can wait for it to cool before taking it out.

Tips:

1. Put the materials, liquid first, powder second, sugar and salt should not be placed together and directly touched.
2. Coconut oil can be exchanged for butter.
3. Take it out immediately after the program ends, and then transfer the toast to the cooling rack to cool it down.
4. After it is almost completely cold, slice it with a serrated knife, and then keep it sealed if the weather is cold.
