A snack that often appears on the breakfast table at my home. The stuffing was mixed the night before, and the noodles were made the next morning and baked while cooking. The children liked it very much.

Mushroom Vermicelli Meat Pie

1. After the vermicelli and shiitake mushrooms are soaked, the amount is a bit too much, I subtracted a little bit,

2. Chop all the pieces and put them in a basin, add seasonings and mix well. The mustard has a salty taste, so I soaked it for a while before using it.
