This is the first time to make net oil rolls. Although the taste is right, it is not the most authentic yet. The most authentic net oil rolls have a piece of suet inside, which is the material used to boil lard. This time I was lazy and I didn't use it after pickling. The taste of the direct package is not particularly good. I will continue to try it next time I make it, and strive to make it more perfect!

Ingredients

Net Oil Roll

1. Ingredients: lard net oil, bean paste, starch, egg white. (Lard net oil is ordered at the vegetable farm butcher stall)

2. Soak the pig's net oil in clean water for about half an hour, and then fully dry after washing.

3. Rub the red bean paste into evenly-sized circles. (Don’t divide too much, it won’t be easy to blow through when fried)

4. Wrap the red bean paste with net oil. (The red bean paste should be completely wrapped to prevent the filling from being exposed during frying)

5. Separate the egg white

6. Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk

7. Sprinkle a small amount of starch and mix well and serve as an egg white paste

8. A layer of starch is evenly rolled on the bean paste covered with net oil

9. The red bean paste is evenly coated with egg white batter

10. Fry into the hot oil pan until golden brown. (I fried it with pork, it can also be replaced with salad oil)
