No-bake Marshmallow Snow Q Cakes

150g marshmallow cut in half, 200g digestive biscuits broken into small pieces

Put 50g of unsalted butter in a non-stick pan on low heat to melt, add marshmallows, stir and heat until it melts

Add 50g milk powder and 50g dried cranberries and mix well,

Pour in half of the digestive biscuits, mix well, then pour in the remaining digestive biscuits, mix well, turn off the heat and serve (mix until each biscuit is covered with marshmallows)

Put it in baking paper while it is hot, compact and cut into pieces (be careful of hot hands, use anti-scalding gloves to press tightly, or with the help of a rolling pin)
6.
Ready to eat
