Heat the pan with oil, put the beef and vegetables into the pan and fry.
2.
After adding water and simmering for four hours, filter out the meat and vegetables, and save the soup for later use.
3.
Cut the onion into strips, stir-fry in a pan, and let it stand for a whole day at low temperature until the color turns dark, making a charred onion sauce.
4.
Stir the broth, mustard, and olive oil until thick, set aside.
5.
Stir-fry the cooked noodles in cuttlefish sauce with olive oil and charred onion sauce.
6.
Use the stirred juice as a base, place the shrimp and celery on top of the pasta, and you're done!
Tips:
1. If you really want a richer taste of cuttlefish juice, you can add fresh cuttlefish juice when frying the pasta.
2. For a fresher taste, you can add cuttlefish flakes and stir fry together.
