Nourishing Zhanjiang Chicken Pot

Rinse the ingredients and soak in water for about 15 minutes. Note: The bamboo fungus and flower mushrooms should be soaked separately. The flower mushrooms should be soaked thoroughly.

Boil the soaked ingredients over high heat and continue to boil for 15 minutes on low heat. Note: Do not join the bamboo fungus first

Put the chicken nuggets and bamboo fungus in a pot, turn on high heat, and turn it off to medium heat for about five minutes.

You can also add the northern and southern apricots, Huaishan, Cishi, and barley in the same pot.
