Oatmeal Fruit Panna Cotta
1.
Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water until softened, and set aside
2.
Add pure milk to fine sugar and heat in the microwave to warm
3.
Add the soaked gelatine slices to warm pure milk and stir until melted, add a few drops of vanilla extract and then pour in whipped cream and mix well
4.
Be sure to filter it so that the panna cotta has no bubbles. Pour it into the pudding mold of the school kitchen. Matcha flavor: Pour out a small portion of the remaining milk and sift the matcha powder into it. Stir thoroughly before mixing evenly. Pour back and continue to stir evenly. The matcha powder is more difficult to mix. Filter a few times to make the matcha powder mix more evenly, and pour into the remaining two molds.
5.
Keep it in the refrigerator overnight, no less than four hours. The solidified custard can be placed in hot water until it melts around and placed in an upside-down dish. Sprinkle some granola and decorate with your favorite fruits. Super high
Tips:
When removing the film, remember to pay attention to the time and don’t let the custard melt too much.
