Oily Noodles

Ingredients: wide noodles / soybean sprouts / rape / chili noodles / minced chili / green onion / minced garlic

Blanch soybean sprouts and rapeseed until they are broken.

The noodles are cooked and drained and put in a bowl.

Sprinkle the cooked greens, chopped green onion, chili, and garlic on the noodles.
5.
Combine the balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt into the sauce, and add it along the sides of the bowl.
6.
