Tips:

2. Tomato sauce can be replaced with sweet noodle sauce, chicken steak can be replaced with Beijing sauce shredded pork, potato shreds, mung bean sprouts, etc. Each has a different taste, and you can choose according to your favorite taste.
3. The uneaten crust can be wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to refrigerate, and use the microwave to warm it up when eating. If you don't eat it for a long time, keep it in the freezer.
4. The crust can be made with hot noodles, which is softer and less chewy. You can also use cold water to make the crust, which is more chewy, but the crust must be eaten while it is hot, and the texture will become hard once it cools down.
