This soup must have never been drunk before, because it is a momentary thought. Use pickled olives to make the soup. The soup is super clear, but the color of the soup is not so refreshing. It seems that I have to work hard to make the soup clear. Early adopters"

Ingredients

Olive Crucian Carp Soup

1. Prepare the materials.

2. This is pickled olives.

3. Add water to the stockpot and boil it for later use.

4. Wash the crucian carp and set aside.

5. Add ginger slices, fish roe and fish bubble to the soup pot and bring to a boil.

6. Add appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan. After the frying pan is hot, add the crucian carp and fry.

7. Fry until the fish is slightly yellow on both sides and the skin is tightened.

8. Add the fried crucian carp to the soup pot and cook together.

9. After the high heat is boiled, it is still boiled until the bottom of the soup is slightly white.

10. Add the right amount of pickled olives.
