Onion Egg Vegetable Pie

Chop all the vegetables.

The eggs are in a bowl (my sister Yue is allergic to protein at home, so I changed to two egg yolks).

Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, then add a little shiitake mushroom powder to make it fresh (baby over one year old can put some salt appropriately)

Stir well and set aside.

Spread a little oil in a non-stick pan and put the onion rings in.

Use a spoon to dig a little bit of the stirred egg liquid and pour it in, not too much, so as not to overflow (if the egg liquid is too thin and overflows from the bottom of the onion, add a little more starch)

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes. When the surface is solidified, turn off the heat.

If babies under one year old cannot eat onions, they can remove the onion rings and eat only the inside.
