Sweet and Sour Poached Egg
1.
Cut one onion from the middle, and cut a few slices with the thickest part in the middle;
2.
Then push out the middle round piece by hand, leaving only the onion ring on the outer ring;
3.
Mix bowl of juice: one spoonful of white vinegar, one spoonful of sugar, four spoons of tomato sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce and a little starch, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly;
4.
Put a little oil in the pan, and fry the onion rings on low heat;
5.
Then beat the eggs in the onion rings, fry them on low heat for a while, and evenly sprinkle them with a little salt with your hands; (the onion is best to pick a large one, and the egg is as small as possible. I only have a small onion)
6.
Fry the egg until slightly yellow, then turn it over, continue to fry the other side until slightly yellow;
7.
Then pour in the adjusted bowl of juice, cook until thickened and harvest the juice, sprinkle some cooked black and white sesame seeds, and you can start the pot;
Tips:
Try to pick the big onion and the small egg as much as possible. This will ensure that no eggs are wasted and the finished product will be more beautiful!
