Oreo Pound Cake
1.
Prepare the ingredients, put the fermented butter at room temperature to soften (it can show pits when pressed by fingers), mix low-gluten flour and baking powder and sieve for later use, put oil paper in the mold
2.
Use A-shaped pulp for whipped butter, and pour the fermented butter into the bucket
3.
Start the cook machine at the highest speed and stir until it is soft and creamy
4.
Pour half of the powdered sugar into the butter
5.
Beat with a cook machine (or electric whisk) until the whole is white and puffy
6.
Add the remaining powdered sugar, stir until the butter fully envelops the air, then add the whole egg liquid in portions and continue to stir to expand the volume
7.
Add the sifted flour and stir until the batter appears shiny
8.
Add crushed Oreo biscuits and mix, stir evenly
9.
Pour the batter into the mold, the concave in the middle is high on both sides, and the surface is smoothed, and lightly knocked twice
10.
Preheat the oven at 190 degrees, the middle and lower layers, and bake at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Observe whether there are natural cracks (the hot knife without cracks makes a cut in the center of the batter) and continue to bake for 30-40 minutes
11.
While the oven is baking the pound cake, start to boil the sugar water, add the fine sugar to the water and cook until the sugar is completely melted and cool for later use
12.
The baked cake is inserted with a probe or a toothpick. If there is no sticky batter, it means it is ready. Brush the pound cake with the sugar water while it is hot, wrap it with plastic wrap when it is warm, and keep it sealed for 3 days before serving.
Tips:
1. Butter softens slowly in winter. Cut the butter into thin slices and put it in a mixing bowl, or heat it in a microwave oven for ten seconds. Don't overheat it to melt.
2. Do not add too much egg liquid each time, too much will cause separation, if separation occurs, add a small amount of flour
3. The temperature and time of the oven are mainly for reference, and they are actually adjusted according to the oven at home
