Original Double Skin Milk

Prepare the required materials

Pour the milk into the milk pan and boil until slightly boiling

Pour into a small bottle (or small bowl)

Let it stand until the milk cools and forms a milky skin

Lift a corner of the milk skin, and slowly pour the milk back into the milk pan, leaving the milk skin at the bottom of the container.

Pour the egg white into the milk, add a small spoonful of sugar and stir evenly

Then pour the milk back slowly along the side of the container, the milk skin will rise slowly, cover the mouth of the bottle with tin foil (or cover with a lid)

Isolate the fire for 10 minutes, turn off the fire and keep it stuffy for 3-5 minutes, and then put it in the refrigerator to taste better.
