Osmanthus Pork Skin Jelly

Prepare pig skins, seasonings, etc.;

Soak the pigskin in a cold water basin for more than 2 hours to scrape off the excess oil and hair. Only after the soaking time is long can it be easy to shave the oil and hair;

Put the pigskin in the pot, then put star anise, bay leaves, tangerine peel, ginger, appropriate amount of cold water, the water should be soaked in the pigskin, after the water is boiled, simmer for another eight minutes.
