Winter is here, it couldn't be better to drink a bowl of hot and sour soup!

Hot and Sour Soup

1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms and pork skin in water, shred the shiitake mushrooms, pig skin, carrots, lean meat, red pepper, and tofu separately, and cut the chives into small pieces.

2. Marinate the lean meat with 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil for 15 minutes.

3. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, fry shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded pork skin, shredded carrots, shredded red pepper, and shredded lean pork until they are fragrant.

4. Add shredded tofu and 700 ml of water.

5. Add sugar, vinegar, pepper, and water starch to thicken.

6. Finally, pour the beaten egg mixture, turn off the heat immediately, sprinkle with chives, and drip in sesame oil.

Tips:

1. The ratio of vinegar to pepper can be added according to personal taste!
2. The water can be replaced with broth!
