Oven Version of French Toast

First beat an egg and add a little sugar.

Prepare the breadcrumbs, mine is made by myself. This yellow bran does not look very yellow. You can also go to the supermarket to buy it, the color is more yellow.

Prepare two pieces of toast, you can choose to remove the edges or not.

Spread greased paper on the baking tray and preheat the oven to 170 degrees

Each piece of toast is evenly smeared with egg liquid on one side.

After taking up the egg liquid, it is full of bread crumbs.

Place the mozzarella cheese slices on the toast, and then cover the toast with breadcrumbs and egg liquid.

Put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. The temperature of my oven is relatively high. Therefore, the temperature is lowered and the baking time is longer.

Put it in the dish and cut into triangles. Top with syrup, condensed milk, honey.

This is the case if the syrup is drizzled too much. But the taste is too sweet. I hope you will like it.
Tips:
When taking up the egg liquid and bread crumbs, be sure to take up one side
When out of the oven, be sure to pour in syrup while it’s hot
Mine is in an oven, which can actually be used for frying. Considering that it is oily, I used an oven.
