Oyster Baked Egg

Rinse the small oyster meat and drain the water.

Put eggs, flour, sweet potato flour, water, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Stir well.

Add oysters and green onions to mix.

Heat oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, pour in oyster egg paste, and fry on medium-low heat until the bottom is golden brown.

Turn over and continue to fry until golden brown.

Serve and eat.
