Preparation materials: Eel Tianxia, grilled eel, tofu, seaweed, steamed fish soy sauce, shallots, sesame seeds, oil;

Defrost the eel in advance and cut into chunks for later use;

Rinse the tofu with running water, then cut into long strips, and cut the shallots into chopped green onions for later use;

Pour some oil into the pan after heating, turn to medium heat when the oil is hot, and transfer the tofu into the pan;
