Pan-fried Foie Gras

Peel the apple and cut into one-centimeter-thick slices.

Put butter in the pan, fry the apple slices until slightly charred, spray some white wine, and set aside.
3.
Clean the pan, without oil, fry the foie gras until both sides are slightly charred, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and put on a plate.
